Our work is rooted in preserving originality wherever possible, restoring only where needed, and maintaining the integrity of every watch we service.

Just like any mechanical instrument, a watch benefits from regular maintenance. We offer complete service intervals tailored to the movement and condition of your watch.

Included in a full service:

  • Complete disassembly and careful cleaning of the movement using a specialized watch cleaning machine
  • Fresh lubrication of all critical contact points
  • Replacement of worn gaskets if needed
  • Regulation and timing adjustments
  • Case and bracelet cleaning using an ultrasonic cleaner (when appropriate)
  • Crystal and case polishing (if suitable)

We always discuss the condition with you first, and only replace parts when necessary. We do not offer same-day or “while-you-wait” service—quality takes time, and your watch deserves no less.

We handle:

  • Replacing worn or broken components
  • Vintage restoration, including delicate movements
  • Bringing watches back to life while respecting their originality

Our general principle is to retain original components unless a part is damaged beyond repair or the movement is a standard production type, where replacement is more economical than repair.

Sometimes a watch just needs a bit of attention to look its best again.

We offer:

  • Crystal polishing or replacement
  • Light case polishing (only if the material allows and without removing character)
  • Cleaning of bracelets and cases in an ultrasonic bath
  • Gasket checks and replacement when necessary

We take great care to avoid over-restoring, especially with vintage or sentimental pieces.

For quartz watches, we offer a straightforward battery service:

  • Battery change only: €15
  • Done with care, with a basic visual check of seals and movement condition

Please note: we do not offer express service or guaranteed same-day turnaround.

  • We don’t sell straps or bracelets—but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted strap specialist in Utrecht.
  • We don’t perform unnecessary modifications. If it doesn’t serve the watch or the story behind it, we’ll advise against it.
